Bringing years of inspection experience from California and North Carolina to Middle Tennessee, Alex Cady is an integral part of the Commercial Property Inspections of Tennessee team. With a strong background in both residential and commercial building systems, Alex has developed a reputation for uncovering issues before they turn into costly repairs or liabilities. His meticulous approach to ASTM E2018 and CCPIA® standards ensures every commercial inspection - whether office, retail, warehouse, or mixed-use - is detailed, accurate, and actionable. Alex blends his technical expertise with clear, professional communication, helping investors, property managers, and business owners fully understand their building’s condition and long-term maintenance needs. Dedicated to precision and client trust, Alex delivers more than a report - he provides insight that protects investments and supports confident decision-making across every phase of ownership.

Our lead inspector, Nick Proia, holds certifications as a Certified Master Inspector (CMI®), Certified Commercial Property Inspector (CCPIA®), and IAC2® Certified Air Quality and Mold Specialist, ensuring every inspection meets the highest professional and scientific standards. We are also state-licensed for radon testing, providing accurate measurement and guidance for indoor air safety. Additionally, our FAA Part 107 certification allows us to perform drone-assisted roof and exterior inspections, capturing high-resolution imagery and data from areas that are difficult or unsafe to access manually. This combination of technical training and specialized licensing enables us to deliver comprehensive, data-driven inspections—covering everything from building systems and environmental quality to roof conditions and site features—with unmatched precision, safety, and professionalism.
